History
Humble beginnings with little more than the knowledge to troubleshoot and repair, Donnie Self and William (Randy) Griffin worked in the field and Debbie Griffin worked in the office; this was the team that established Climatech Air Inc. in 1984. Today, with all three founding partners still at the helm, Climatech has grown to be Bryant's largest, oldest and most successful dealer in the Savannah market.
In 1999, Climatech earned the honor of achieving the Gold Medal of Excellence award. Climatech has consistently out performed the competitors. A dedication to the customer and employee have been the roots of their success; couple that with the knowledge of the product they sell and those are the ingredients that earn them the title of being Bryant's oldest and largest dealer. For over 25 years, Climatech has supported the Bryant name, and our Bryant distributor Mingledorff's has reciprocated.

For our twenty-four hour emergency service, GPS-guided service vehicles are dispatched to expedite the service call, which shortens customer wait time and allows the dispatcher to send the closest tech to respond to the call. North American Technician Excellence (NATE) is an independent, third-party organization that develops and promotes excellence in the installation and service of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment by recognizing high-quality industry technicians through voluntary testing and certification. Our technicians have passed the rigorous testing necessary to qualify as NATE Certified Technicians.
Medal Of Excellence
The Bryant Medal of Excellence (MOE) is a program that recognizes the dealers that are doing "whatever it takes" to improve their overall business and excel in the marketplace. This multi-level program evaluates dealers based on several key elements of a dealers business: overall sales growth, high efficiency sales growth, indoor air quality sales growth, customer satisfaction, dealer program utilization, and a self-assessment. These are key elements in the marketplace that objectively determine how dealers are performing.
Bryant recognizes only 15 Regional MOE winners annually.
EPA Lead-Safe Certified
On April 22, 2008, EPA issued a rule requiring the use of lead-safe work practices aimed at preventing lead poisoning in children. On April 22, 2010, the rule became effective and firms performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 must be certified, individual renovators must be trained by an EPA-accredited training provider, and the firms and renovators must follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. To become a certified renovator, individuals are required to take eight hours of training, of which two hours must be hands-on training, to become certified. This training is good for five years. In addition, renovation firms must be certified by EPA or by a state authorized by EPA to administer its own program.

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) system in the U.S. extends across the nation; coast-to-coast, and in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Since the founding of the first BBB in 1912, the BBB system has proven that the majority of marketplace problems can be solved fairly through the use of voluntary self-regulation and consumer education.
